Thrive AP

The ThriveAP curriculum pairs clinical and professional development topics to help fill the knowledge gap between what you learned in school and what you need to be successful in practice.

  • 2-Day Nashville Skills Lab conference + one year of weekly live online sessions
  • Employer may sponsor and arrange enrollment or this can be arranged and paid for personally by the provider
  • Flexible payment options including option to apply CE allowance toward the cost of the program
  • Enroll at anytime! Flexible start dates throughout the year
  • No application process required. All NPs and PAs committed to improving skills and clinical knowledge are welcome in ThriveAP
Thrive AP Plus

Similar to a residency, participants in ThriveAP+ not only benefit from the ThriveAP 12-month education program integrated with the workday, they also benefit from the program’s relationships with new grad-friendly clinics nationwide.

  • Employment match with a clinic supportive of new graduates and with corresponding expectations
  • MidlevelU facilitates the matching process
  • All enrollment costs covered by the employer

ThriveAP is open to NPs and PAs. Most of our participating providers have less than three years of experience, though more experienced providers will also benefit.

Apply or enroll at anytime. We have flexible start dates throughout the year. If you select ThriveAP+, we suggest applying about 4 months before you hope to be matched with a facility to maximize your options.

ThriveAP fits into your workday. We coordinate with your employer so delivery of online content and our in-person skills session integrates with your job responsibilities.

MidlevelU partners with clinics nationwide from from urban in cities like Los Angeles and Washington D.C. to rural locations like the Texas-Mexico border. Some clinics are smaller, stand-alone facilities while others are part of large integrated health systems. Participants have the ultimate say in where they work.
