What Providers are Saying
I was fortunate enough to participate in ThriveAP+'s very first cohort and the overall experience has proved to be invaluable. ThriveAP+ matched me with a health care organization that allowed me to train alongside some of the most respected providers. As a result, I have gained the confidence necessary to provide comprehensive care to my underserved patients and navigate our complex healthcare system with much more ease. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who is seeking additional hands-on training and the chance to develop a solid clinical skill set.
- Adrienne Kolf, FNP-C
Being included in the ThriveAP+ residency program was truly an experience that I will never forget. This program was the first stepping stone of my transition into working as a family nurse practitioner and helped to shape me into the provider that I am today. I will never forget the relationships made or the knowledge shared during the residency.
- Cara Caldwell, FNP-C
I could not be happier with my decision to participate in ThriveAP+ as a new grad. I was able to
live and experience sunny southern California while also gaining invaluable clinical experience. The extra support in my first year of practice was so helpful and the weekly meetings were very informative and useful in my day to day practice. I can’t think of a better way to broaden one’s personal and professional life by taking advantage of this opportunity!
- Meg Petzy, FNP-C
I recently received an employment offer from an urgent care clinic that had never made similar
accommodations to another advanced practice provider, at least in this region. I feel that 100%
my ThriveAP+ residency was a huge factor in my getting the job. Hands down, it has been the
best professional decision I have ever made.
- Serina Hertel, FNP-C
The ThriveAP program was helpful clinically with excellent presentations that were pertinent for
my first year. More than that, the relationships that were built were my saving grace. Being a new NP I was able to come to my Class Leader and the others and voice my frustrations, victories, and insecurities and I was heard. I would recommend this program for NP's just starting out or returning to the workforce.
